1. Please prepare a medium (bed, couch, massage table etc..) where you wish to have your massage session.  As in Japanese style, we can adapt our massage medium to a variety of surfaces.   Unless requested, we do not bring a massage table. However, many of our therapists have massage tables, and they are able to bring one for you. Please see individual therapist profiles at Our Staff for more info.  Or please ask for one when you call.  We will bring towels for you to lie down and cover yourself.

2. Please have your music ready for your maximum relaxation.  If requested, we can bring a CD to deliver soothing music during your session.

3. Please wear whatever you're comfortable wearing during the massage session (see FAQ for details).

4. Please take off any wristbands, necklaces, earrings for the access by your therapist.



1. We will start timing your paid session only when your therapist starts the actual massage, or a therapist asks you to take a shower if deemed necessary (thus we recommend you take a shower before a therapist arrives). We do not charge you for any other time such as preparation before and cleaning up after by the therapist.

2. Full payment must be paid before the session starts.

3. There will be no refund or partial refund.

4. Overtime can be requested at the end of the actual session. The fee must be paid before the overtime session starts. Please see Prices for the fee structure.

  *Violators will be reported to the management and banned from using our services any further. No exceptions.

1. Every session is a one-on-one, private session with you and your therapist. Please do not bring others into the room while the session is being conducted.

2. *You must not make rude or inappropriate comments (sexual, threatening, suggesting sensual massage, requesting therapists wear differently, etc. to your massage therapist.

3. *You must not touch your therapist in any inappropriate ways, nor touch your private parts in any sexual way during a session. We strive not only to provide a safe, comfortable and high-quality therapeutic massage to you by our trained therapists, but also provide a safe, comfortable and clean environment for our therapists to perform their service.

4. Please expect your therapist to call/text the company when the therapist greets you at your door, when the service is done and when you decide to extend your session.

5. When you take a bath, please thoroughly clean your body, digits, hairs, etc. If not, a therapist may ask you to take a shower again, which cuts into your session time.

Privacy:

We take your privacy very seriously. We do not share or reveal your information to anyone. Any session requests, your phone number, locations, email addresses and intake form info are for our business transactions only.  Any of your private information is confidential between us.

Reservations:

You can reserve your session in two ways.  1) Generally*, if you reserve an appointment within 24 hours of your requested session time, we will not require a deposit. 2) However, a reservation fee applies for an appointment made 24 hours or more in advance. In that case, half (50%) of your total session fee must be deposited through our website using either a credit card or a Paypal account to confirm the appointment. *The only exception applies to the following: If you would like a massage outside of our phone reservation hours, please call us before 9:30pm of the previous day; all early morning appointments require full payment through our website at the time of booking.

In case you cancel or reschedule a confirmed session 24 hours or less within the appointment, the reservation fee will not be refunded.  However, if you cancel or reschedule prior to 24 hours or more, we will refund you back the deposit amount minus a $20 service fee. Rescheduling will be considered as canceling the existing appointment and making a new appointment.

*In case your scheduled therapist becomes unavailable for your reserved session, we will send you another one available with no change in driving fee.  If we fail to deliver you the massage, we will refund you the full amount of deposit.

Gift Certificate (Terms of Usage):

The whole or partial gift certificate amount can be redeemed for our *Basic (60 minutes), Standard (90 minutes) and Deluxe (120 minutes) sessions.

If gift certificate amount does not cover the total fee, a user of the gift certificate (Client) can pay the difference with his/her own credit card, Paypal or cash.

If the gift certificate amount exceeds the total fee, Client can use the remaining amount anytime at aromatiquemassage.com within 18 months of the purchase date of the gift certificate. After 18 months, the remaining amount will be void, and the dividend thereof retained by Aromatiquemassage.

Please do not include a recipient email address if you are not sure who you will give the gift certificate to, or if you plan to print and personally deliver it.

If a recipient's email address is indicated on a printed gift certificate, it may be redeemed only by the owner of that email address. If a gift certificate is sent to the wrong email address or is lost, it can be canceled or refunded at no charge within 60 days of the purchase date. There is no refund once any portion of a gift certificate amount is used.

To redeem the gift certificate, the Client must have or create his/her Paypal account, be able to log in to Paypal, and pay through our website. The Client must have a unique Redemption Code. The gift certificate may be redeemed only for a same-day appointment, not to be booked in advance. The Client must let us know if he/she will be using a gift certificate at the time of making an appointment.

*Neither possible driving fee nor Tip amount is included. At hotel, additional parking fee may apply.

The client and purchaser of the certificate must agree to all our terms of service. If the Client violates our terms of service or we deem the Client not suitable for our service, we have the right to refuse our service without refund.

Cancellation:

If you cancel a confirmed session within 80 minutes of your confirmed appointment time, you are required to pay a half (50%) of your session fee upon the cancellation. Failure to do so may prevent you from using our service any longer.

Cautions:

1. We are not a sensual massage service or a licensed medical service, and if your purpose is such, please refrain from using our services.

2. Once a therapist's timer is started, the massage therapist cannot stop or reverse the time being used.

3. We reserve the right to refuse our services to anyone for any reason; also we may change our TOS time to time without notice.

4. We may report any illegal activities or conduct to the proper authorities.

5. You must be at least 21 year of age.

6. If the service provider deems your conduct inappropriate, she has the right to refuse the service any further. In this case, she will not refund the payment to you. In addition, we may ban you from using our service in the future.

7. Please refrain yourself from using our service if you have: such conditions:

High blood pressure, heart condition, infectious disease, skin disease, pregnant, sclerosis.

Or if you are such:

Inebriated, a drug user, dirty, engaged in any illegal conduct, affiliated with or working in massage industry.

8. If the company, AromatiqueMassage, or a therapist deems you apply any of the above term, we have the right to refuse the service any further. In the case, we (the company and the service provider) will not refund the payment to you.

9. Our massage service is not intended for medical treatments such as improving your existing health issues or bodily concerns or for substitute of a pharmacist, physician or any other licensed health-care professional. Our treatment is only for relaxation by soft massage. Thus, your payment to us is not intended for massage.

10. Regardless of who or what is at fault, if any accident occurs before, during or after the visit of our therapist, we, the company, do not assume any liability whatsoever by the conduct of each massage therapist.

11. A driving fee is not included in the price.  You may incur a driving fee depending on the assigned therapist's location (we will assign a therapist for you based on their availabilities and locations).  See Our Staff for where each of our therapists is based on.

12. We do not accept private or blocked phone calls. Also we do not accept phone calls from a public phone.

13. We do not travel to a motel or any unsafe neighborhoods. Only prestigious hotels, residence (a house or an apartment), company office or safe neighborhood.

14. Although we take extra care not to stain or destroy any of your property, we do not take any responsibility if any stains or damages arise due to your massage session.

15. If any illegal conducts or damages was done by our therapist to you or your property, we, the company, do not take any responsibility.

16. At any time, a direct service-monetary transaction between our therapist and a client without the company knowledge is strictly prohibited. If discovered, a client will be banned from using our service any further, or the client be imposed of $1500 (USD) fine.
