Driving fee
Each of our
massage therapists is based in the defined ZIP code (to see where each of our therapists is located, please refer to Our Staff). Depending on how
far a therapist should travel to your location, an additional cost will
apply. Please see the chart below.

Miscellaneous fees
a).Parking fee: If you request our massage at a hotel, and if there is no free parking, a regular parking fee or valet fee is required.
b).Tips: Although not required, any amount of tips will be appreciated by your therapist.
c). No deposit required when you request a session within 24 hours of your call. *Reservation fee is required only for reservations 24 or more hours in advance: Half (50%) of your total session fee must be deposited through our website using either a credit card or a Paypal account to confirm the appointment. If you choose to cancel or reschedule a session with less than 24 or
more hours before the formerly booked session time, the deposit (50% of
session fee) will not be refunded. If you cancel or reschedule with
more than 24 or more hours removed from the appointment time, we will
refund you back the deposit amount minus a $20 processing fee.
Rescheduling will be considered as canceling the existing appointment
and making a new appointment. *In case our scheduled therapist becomes
unavailable for your reserved session, you may either cancel the
session with a full refund or book another available therapist.
d). Cancellation fee: if you cancel any confirmed session within 80 minutes of your confirmed appointment time, you are required to pay half (50%) of your session fee upon the cancellation. Failure to do so may prevent you from using our service any longer.
Overtime fee
Overtime massage is available by request to your therapist during your session (a therapist must contact management for the approval during your session). The cost incurred is such:

Multiple therapists for two or more clients at a time are available. Their
fees are scaled depending on the number of therapists requested,
duration of massage and driving charges for individual therapists.
Availability may be limited, so please book your session in advance.
*To ensure your session with one of our masseuses on time, we recommend you book your session in advance. **Full
Body includes: arms, legs, hands, neck, jaw area, behind ears, feet,
head, upper and lower back, shoulders, under armpits, inguinal area
(frontal junctions between legs and torso), lymphatic system, chest,
abdomen, gluteal muscles (buttocks), and inner thigh. (You can
restrict specific areas of massage at the time of your session).
***We recommend you to take shower before the
session. If the client has not done so before the session, we require
the client to take one before massage, and we need to start timing for
his/her paid session when the client takes shower. However, we do not
charge you for any other time such as preparation or cleaning up after
by the therapist. Please allow her to have the extra time to do so.
Otherwise, we will only start timing when an actual session starts.
